Ingredients
· Fish (I use salt fish)
· 4 slices of yam
· Olive oil
· Palm oil
· Spinach
Cooking method
· Peel 4 slices of yam and dice to small cubes,
· Soak the fish in hot water, wash and debone.
· In a small pot, pour 3 table spoons of Olive oil and a table spoon of palm oil,
· Fry in some onions, garlic, and tomatoes,
· Put in the fish, yam and some water to boil.
· Wash spinach a handful of spinach and put in to simmer.
· Once done, blend until smooth.
Serving and storage
Serve in bits, and left over should be stored in the fridge immediately.
